    i been getting a message once in a while over the last week

    mostly while i am using the data (varichat or Blazer)

    I box in the center of the screen that saves

    "recovering from a 3G failure"

    I dont have to reset the treo it just reconects ?

    any idea why or what is going on ?

    That's just a VeriChat thing. They have a timeout on a data send, and when it expires they reconnect and try again. Personally I think it should be a little more relaxed.
