One of our client's just purchased a TREO 300 with the PCS Business connect service. The software works fine by authentication to our exchange server, pulling his private contacts folder as well as info from his personal calendar, tasks, email, etc. My question is this:

PCS Business connect only seems to grab items from the main Outlook folders, and ignores subfolders and Public folders if they exist. For example, the client has subfolders full of contacts and a public calendar that he would like to synchronize. To get around this, we installed Intellisync, which allows us to select these non-standard folders, but he wants the PCS to handle this wirelessly. Is there a way to point this PCS Business connect software to these other folders?
