    I got a Treo 300 as a gift and have been having some problems with the touch screen. It worked great for a while and now the touch screen won't respond. I tried a hard reset but I can't recalibrate the touch screen. It won't respond when I try to recalibrate it.

    I think there is something wrong with the Treo but I'm not sure how to fix it. If anyone has any ideas please let me know. I would take it back but I didn't purchase it. I think it came from Comp USA but I'm not sure. Any ideas?

    No ideas for the touch screen problem, but I'm pretty sure you can call Sprint and tell them you have a defective Treo and they'll send you a new one, along with a return kit for the defective one.

    I bought mine from Handspring, and had to deal directly with Sprint to get an exchange...
