    When trying to synch my mail, I get:

    "Error 300. Please click OK and try again."

    I click OK and when I try to synch again the same thing happens. Anyone else have this problem or know of a solution?

    I generally get this error when either Sprint is down, or there is a problem with my desktop (ie my network is down). Try connecting to Sprint on your desktop and see if your mailbox is available - if not, that is the problem and it will cure itself.

    I am having this problem with business connection.. all sorts of errors and lockups..

    NO PROBS before software upgrade....

    I am not happy
