    after having used palms, generally, and the treo 90, specifically, for a long time, i synced up today and was afterward confronted with a palm desktop situation i've never encountered. suddenly, i can no longer open, edit, or create new memos on my desktop. i reinstalled the desktop, but with no improvement. any ideas? am i missing something obvious?

    I find that when I uninstall the software and reboot and then reinstall- these types of problems go away they do not go away simply by reinstalling - there is probably a corruption in the registry that is not cleared out by simply reinstalling but is corrected when the program is uninstall and the system reboots.
