    I finally figured out that when you're browsing on the web to do a refresh you use function + R but aren't you using double the KB's? The first time you get to the site then when you refresh?

    Sorta depends. If it's a page in the cache, it could just pull that one up (not using KBs). It usually asks you if you want to refresh the page or use the old one. If you refresh, then yes, you're going to be using KBs (though not double unless I'm misinterpreting your question). Keep your eye on the hourglass down in the bottom of the screen and if you see 1.0K...2.0K...etc then you know you're using data. If you just see the hourglass, I don't believe you're using's just accessing the cache.
