Sprint is apparently clueless and having serious issues.

I changed to the vision plan and bought my Treo this morning. I was told to leave the phone on and it would configure itself from the network within two hours.

No internet tonight. I get some kind of password error. I call *2 and wait 52 minutes on hold. It turns out they don't even show me on the new plan, so I had to go through that again.

Then I ask for my Vision password and he transfers me to tech support. The tech guy says I now have to wait "up to" 48 hours before the phone will configure for data use. He claims the data network is all screwed up now.

He really sounded clueless. This might get ugly . . .
