    If anyone is lucky enough to get a tech support person that will walk them through the 'manual provisioning' .....please do us all a favor: WRITE IT DOWN. Write down the steps as they walk you through it and share it with us here, but only if it happens to work. I'm currently being passed around (again) at the moment and will do the same if I happen to get Josh, or the 1-2 people at Sprint Customer Service that actually know what they're doing. Odds are I'll get the same dipsh_ts I've been getting for the past 3 days.
