    I want to come up with a plan to be able to notify users if the Goodlink server goes down. Options are to blast a text message to all users, set up a voicemail alert to the wireless numbers, etc..

    Has anyone out there have a plan set up? Also, do you monitor Goodlink services and connections to the NOC, if so how?

    Suggest you go the text message approach. When in the field if the server goes down email won't work (obviously).

    I often wondered why my email would stop and sometimes a soft reset fixed it but on other occasions it was the server and there was no easy way to tell until I got back to the office.
