    i noticed that power hero has the graph that runs showing live power usage does that run when you back out of the program

    if it does then its using more power then its saving

    I don't think so. there is an option to log power at defined intervals which would not be necessary if it was already logging continuously.

    I don't think it does.
    If you look at the graph till an easily recognisable squiggle is near the left edge and then quit Power Hero, do something else for a while and then take another look, the squiggle will still be there.

    yea i did notice that i just wanted to make sure it wasent running in the background therefore defeating the purpose of the program
