    Hello Everyone! I hope someone can help answer this question. I just upgraded from the Treo 650 to the Treo 700. The 700 was given to me by a friend who's company will no longer be using the Treo 700.

    When setting up Goodlink on the phone to connect to my exchange server at work, I recieved the following message:

    "This handheld (ESN: 3631C2BE) has already been set up for another user. Contact your IT administrator."

    The former owner of the phone also used Goodlink, but the user was deleted from their Goodlink system. I've already tried a hard reset to wipe off all the information, but that didn't work either.

    Does anyone have any other suggestions, or experienced this problem before? Any help anyone can give would be greatly appreciated.

    I'm a good admin in a W2K3/E2K3 enterprise env. and i've seen this before

    the ESN is locked up. I'd have your friend check it at his compay or contact your good admins to have them contact good for you, since Good charges $50 bucks for one time incidents.
