I am running GMM 5.0 on a Verizon Treo 70wx.

Problem that I have is the device still defaults to the native contacts DB.

When I try to type a contact name from the today screen it comes up blank, when I compose a TXT message and type a name it comes up blank, all because the GMM Contact db is not being read.

Is there a way to change this?

Is there a registry key setting change that I can make to redirect the device to ONLY USE the GMM contact db.

I don't believe I saw this issue with any 4.9 client.
