Can someone explain this feature to me? You have to pay for this, correct? How does it work? Has anyone used it and found it very useful?

If you're familiar with Blackberry's they have true "push" email. Most programs on the Treo are "pull" set the program to go get the email on a scheduled basis.
It requires that your company have a Blackberry server and you pay a service fee. It turns your Treo into "Blackberry-type" email device. Our IT department can't get it to work, so we went to GoodMail, which works fine. A little buggy, but dependable.
