    I attempted to call VZW tech support but the monday morning blues call for the T700p line was 19 minutes. I called back and spoke to a VZW Rep and asked them about switching to another device. Basically the gist is if I flat out bought the device @ full retail price I could switch over and everything stays the same. I accept that because its typical of these devices.

    Now here's the interesting question. Is it worth the hold time to spend to attempt to get another device knowing it might have the 1.10 FW on it?
