Looking to sync Palm > Home PC > Laptop in one fell swoop.

I know there is a disscussion just below but I could not figure it out.

I don't care if all my appointment calendar tasks memo go back and forth.

I have the Home PC as the primary PC and the laptop is supposed to set up automatically and sync. That's where I get lost.
I have windows firewalls on both machines.
I can transfer my documents files.
But I don't really understand networks.
I would like to just sync everything so it is all the same.
Any web sites or FAQ that you can point me to would be cool.
