After having some problems with my new 680, Cingular is going to send me a new phone.
I am pretty new to all this, so forgive me if this is a stupid question..

When my new phone arives, will I be able to sync everything that was in my old 680 into my new 680? & have it end up being exactly like the old one?
Will the several 3rd party apps. go into the new phone also? Or will I have to buy them all again, and install them into the new phone?

Getting nervous about loosing stuff switching over to a different phone.

You will be able to transfer most of your settings just fine. Just make sure and choose your current hotsync name. you may have to reregister some third party apps, but most should be just fine. You do not need to worry about having to rebuy them, most developers will send new keys for replacement equipment, just don't change your hotsync name.
