On Windows, Palm Desktop has a nice conduit that allows you to import pictures and videos and automatically downsize them to fit on the 700p's 320x320 screen. (Not to mention saving memory.)

I have a PowerBook now, that I love, except that there is no such conduit. What's the easiest way to downsize images AND videos? Do I have to convert videos to 3g2 format?

Gives links to the tools you need to convert movies - iSquirt and some information. I found the information on this forum to start, but I've no idea where now. Searching for iSquirt might dig it up.

I think - I am not sure - that using the drop icon to move pictures over will convert them. I could be wrong on that though.
