I just don't think they believe the effort would be worth it (I could be completely wrong, but here's what I'm thinking):
"Now, you 3% of our market posting on TreoCentral, we just want to let you know that your orders are being processed, and they are being shipped from China and are on their way."
I'm pretty sure they're having direct, daily, voice-based dialog with Cingular—their biggest customer, and their retail outlets far more than they would with this little slice of the pie. Basically, although I'm sure they care, this small early-adopter, tech-heavy market is just not on their priority list (which I fall under). What is? Massive holiday sales.
Just my $.02. Take it for what you paid for it 
Still, at least blogs from the execs. is a good idea.
