That is very odd.. The site is legit, but the file I'm surprized at. I suspect someone updated the file from the ancient .8x or something version, which was basically free.
And no, don't pay for TreoAlarm. It crashes on me at least once a week when it does its alarm+weather. I've stopped using it for an alarm because I don't trust it, althought it still works okay for weather when it'll update. Definately NOT worth $20.
Agendus has weather in it, as does several other, 4cast, etc. Going online isn't necessarily always an option. Viewing weather in an application takes about 1s. Viewing it online involves launching Blazer, browsing your bookmarks, waiting for the connection and download to finish.. At least 20s I'm guessing.
