    I just go a replacement Treo 700w from Verizon. When I download Goodlink 4.8 from and enter the email and pin I get. This email address has already been setup on another handheld Contact you IT administrator. He claim to have fixed this. What should I tell him to do?

    Have him remove you from the server, turn off the GoodLink services and remove you from the GoodLink cache. He may also have to contact GoodLink Support to have them remove your device from their side of the network.
