I have got to send mine back after I put $40 for a InvisibleShield (Shield plus installation) on it. The Sprint rep said he would overnight a new one and address the $40 I spent at ShieldZone. I coud relay the customer service nightmare between Sprint and Palm and there respective departments. Suffice it to say I was not happy. However, I am optimistic that the Palm store has resolved my fears. I let the rep know that many of my colleagues (this is a corporate account) were drifting toward the Q or Blackberry, but that I remain a steadfast Palm Treo user. I didn't want to break bad on Plam, but I was prepared to do so. (and I was) Hopefully, I got Palm's attention.
