    I'm considering returning my Palm for an exchange (very very slow response times lately. Is this with everyone or just select ones?). I bought at Palm. Can I exchange at a Sprint store, or will they direct me to Palm?

    Just an update, after hard resetting and restoring from Resco Backup, the menus aren't hanging/pausing like before. I will keep monitoring it though. I still would like to know the answer to the above question just for future reference. Thanks!
