I recently posted about my soft-reset/hotsync problem being linked with SilverCcreen. All problems have been resolved thanks to SilverScreen's customer support. Once I notified them about the problem, they took immediate action to help me resolve the problem. Over a two-week period they kept in contact with me by email on a daily basis. The problem turned out to be a corrupt download that kept reinstalling itself during hotsync.

Silverscreen is an excellent launcher application, but IMO their support is even better.

Everything is now working perfectly and I am extremely pleased.
