    I've been trying for a week solid to get my Treo 650 to sync with the Exchange Server at work and have had no luck whatsoever.

    I decided to try the IMAP route and I get the following error message:

    "There is a delay in server communication causing a timeout. Please try again."

    I can't receive any mail, but oddly enough, I AM able to send mail through this account with no problems whatsoever. I am connecting to my VPN through Mergic VPN, but no matter whether I use the Exchange Server or IMAP methods, I am unable to connect to my incoming server.

    This is driving me absolutely INSANE. Can anyone offer any insight?

    Did you ever resolve this issue? I have the exact same issue and also use Mergic VPN. I had no issue on exchange 5.5 but now with Exchange 2003 SBS I can't seem to get it to work.
