    The direct line goes to Motricity. When I spoke to the rep that I've been emailing, my name didn't ring any bells (even though we've emailed about 6 or 7 times), and he asked "which site was this on", and needed clarification that it was palmGEAR (does motricity have other palm sites?).

    But I gave him the card number and hopefully I will have a credit by the end of the week. If not, I will just dispute the charge on Monday.

    PalmGear has quickly lost it's luster. Normally they're pretty good, but give me the old days of Kenny West when he would work the newsgroups ensuring customer satisfaction. Now they're apparently just a big conglomerate of web retailers.

    Just received an email from Kenny West as I was typing the post. I had sent him an email asking if he was still involved, and he responded that he is. So it looks like my assumptions were at least partially incorrect, as the email still reaches him.
