It seems that Palm has decided to start actively enforce their trademark on the word "Palm". So far I've ran across two sites that are being forced to change the names of their products or web pages after years of use. The two I know about: (going to become PocketAnywhere.Com) (a former palm programmer)

Danny nearly shut down his program section in favor of Pocket PC, but decided to change the names and leave the programs on his site for current users. Don't think he plans on making any further programs on the Palm.

With Palm market share being chizeled what possible motivation does Palm have to go on the attack like this. Say what you want about Microsoft, at least they treat their developers right. Palm's going to have to deal with a giant sucking noise if they're not careful (the sound of developers flocking to the Pocket PC platform).
