"The handset uses the popular clamshell form factor and works on 900/1800/1900 MHz GSM/GPRS networks. The device is powered by a 400 MHz core and offers approximately 59 MB of user available memory. It is equipped with a color QVGA (240 x 320 pixels) TFT screen, SDIO expansion slot, and 1.3-megaxel digital camera. Unfortunately, there is no short-range wireless networking integrated. The Haier N60 measures 945 x 49 x 25 mm, and weighs approximately 130 grams with a 900 mAh battery unit (1450 mAh optional). "

At the moment it is not known when the handset will be available or what it may cost.

    I love the fine print at the bottom of such articles. . . . . . . .

I thought I read ALP would be provided to equipment manufacturers late in 2006 for product releases late in 2007. . . . . .

(ACCESS and PalmSource expect to make the ALP Software Developer Kit (SDK) available to its licensees by the end of this year.) Ya right in the ALP announce article. . . . . .

    Cheers, Perry.
