I ordered a Helio from Vtech some time back and got a phone call yesterday stating that shipment would be delayed for one week. It was supposed to ship on 9/30. I'd say that calling the customer is a one "up" on Handspring. I will play with the Helio for the free 30 day trial and see what happens but I know that the Springboard unit will when out.

I haven't called Handspring yet, other than the first time to order on 9/14. This forum has kept me more up to date, I think than the customer service department could at this point.
