as of november 1,,19 months of no smoking ciggs after a 29 year career of it. I just felt like giving myself a public pat on the back,sorry. :)

what helped me this most was I used chantax for only 3 weeks,did not want to keep using it because of harmful side effects,,but it came with 1 yr of free online support. Weekly activitys that you had to complete. A phone call check in everyday. This was the differnce between this quit,and any other I have tried.
