Tried a few of my friends, but they've never used it... I actually have just enough in there for paying rent tomorrow. I'm torn though. If you don't have a bank account, you can't do a transfer and the debit card requires a verified credit card.

I have a business account, so I have everything, but if you don't, paypal can be pretty worthless.

Ya.. I have a business account there too... I was thinking you couldn't start an account there without a bank account... but I guess you could and just use a Paypal debit card. Does he have one of those (you can use them at any cash machine). This has probably already been discussed, but I haven't been in here that much lately...

Have to have a credit card to verify the address for the debit card, which he doesn't have.
