Well, we finally figured out how to change the system sounds. The sound file format Palm used (pcm) is a pain in the ***. It would have been MUCH easier if they just used wav's.
Anyway, me and NachoB made new sounds for the phone dialer. When you press a number, you hear a voice saying the number instead of the annoying beep sound lol. However, when we convert our new sounds to Palm's pcm format you hear a click right as each sound starts to play. We've been playing around with different settings for a while, but can't solve the "click" issue...
At least we know now that we can change all the system sounds! :)

I think i know what the clicking is from.
