It would be my apartment at school, in a town surrounded by corn. The city does have evdo, but i get barely no signal in my apartment. waiting for my student loan to get internet; but then I am worried comcast will notice my free cable hookup. lol

Well, the guy should finish last, it usually takes longer for the woman to.....oops! Wrong convo! LOL
Actually, the problem is usually that the nice guys aren't the ones out there going crazy to get a woman's attention, because they are much more polite.
I pay attention to such things, that's how the person closest to me got my attention, he wasn't trying.
