    I have tried repeatedly to successfully install treo mail, corporate edition, to no avail. At the last stage of the install process, before "finish" (after it has been sucessfully loaded on the phone), I get the following message:

    "That email address is not available. Please double check that it is
    correct. If it is, please visit Handspring Customer Support."

    The problem is that the e mail address is correct, and we can find no reason why it wont let us finish the installation process. Any ideas?

    perhaps you dont have the correct password for that e-mail. You have to use the one you signed up for Treo Mail with.
