    Hello everyone, i am having alot of problems with my treo but none of which are able to be replicated consistently. I have insurance on the phone with verizon but sense i cannot replicate the problems consistently would it be smarter to just say the phone was lost or stolen?

    Not that you would ever consider using this in a dishonest way....
    I dropped my insured VZW Treo in the sink (full) and it fried. Two days later I had a replacement, albeit refurbished, unit. If such a disaster ever befell your Treo, you would have a replacement as well.
