    I cannot change my stupid username on no matter what I do. I've contacted CS & they told me there's nothing wrong with their website so I don't know what to do. Everytime I try to change it it just refreshes the page & puts my old username back where I just typed the new one & says 'done' at the bottom of the page.

    Also, I cannot use Versamail with my Sprint email! It says my username or password is not valid. Someone please help me...

    I noticed the same thing, ya change it and it doesn't reflect online ---- but it does actually change..

    Try setting Versamail to the new username you think you changed it to.

    Did you notice any "vision account updating.." messages on the Treo after changing your username on the website? What do your vision settings say on the Treo?
