I encountered the deadly message this morning. "No Service". Customer service person tried different ways and failed after 1/2 hour. His suggestion -"take your Treo to a verizon store and get a replacement". I had told him that phone was 2 months old. Verizon Store tech support person had no clue what to do. She entered on my account data that I had come in but she suggested calling Tech data support.
My call to Tech data support did not change anything except this person was going to send me another Treo (obviously refurbished) and got me to re-activate my previous phone. I wasted almost 3 hours to hear this information.
Have anyone experienced this crash and what did you do?
My experience with customer support on Verizon has been bad - only reason to stay is Company uses only Verizon.
