Based on my experience this week getting an exchange, I'm wondering why this should be done. Phone was ordered Monday, in my hands and tricked out like my old phone by last evening. No hassle, no worries. Have others had bad experiences?
Just to my replacement VZW Pre Plus. First one purchased May 16, 2010. Replacement on Jan 28, 2011. Called last night for a replacement again because volume up button stopped working. Arrived on my door this afternoon. No cost as she said it was still under warranty.
