    Hi. I just got the palm pre a week ago and I've already used 1200000kb of data. No tethering. I have the sprint everything data plan. Do you think I use too much? I think by the end of the month I'll be over 5gb. I'm just worried because I've heard unlimited doesn't mean unlimited.

    Please for the love of god search. This is covered all over the internet.

    To answer your question, the data cap is only on mobile broadband cards and phone as modem plans. The regular phone data plans are unlimited. There is a fair-use clause but no hard cap, so unless you are using something along the lines of 20+GB a month you are perfectly fine.
