Got my 2nd bill from sprint and it showed an activation fee for 2nd line. This was odd since the gal that activated me at the store applied some credit union employee discount and said I shouldn't get charged for any activation fee.

There also was a problem with my wife accidentally subscribing to a premium TV channel for 9.99

Called in to Sprint CS, I had at this point, butterflies in my stomach because had I heard about Sprint CS nightmare stories and didn't know what to expect. This was specially true for me coming from Verizon and its excellent CS.

Less than 3 minutes of talking and she took both charges off and tada!! My bill was almost $40 less!!
