I hope this isn't already well known, but I'm trying to be helpful. When trying to call Verizon for customer service on a Treo, don't use the normal service number, use their Treo/PDA line at (866)788-9387.

Usually when I would call the normal C/S number, I would get the normal run around - try a hard reset, take two asprin, and call us in the morning if things persist. Finally someone said yeah, this is above my head, call our Treo/PDA specialists at the above number.

Hope that saves someone some run around in the future.
