    I was wondering when I go to upgrade my phone in the next few weeks does Sprint still allow you to put the cost of the phone directly on your bill or do they make you put it on a credit card? (I'm a business customer, I'm not sure that would make any difference.)

    I have about 80 accounts for business. I have yet to plunk down warm plastic or cold cash for a phone. Give them the password or a reason to believe you can use the account and it is charged in an instant. Same goes for ordering via AE or store.

    Some reps have said it was ok to do some have said they don't do that anymore... I have a credit of $550 on my account so they better not give me any problems. I hope...
