My Visor Deluxe's screen had lines going across it, probably from a flight, err...fall from my pocket across the room :-)I called up tech support hoping they could replace the unit or at least get it repaired. After a VERY short time on hold, a Tech Support rep. helped me out (tried soft-reset, hard-reset), and when nothing worked (I knew it wouldn't, I had already tried), he told me to call customer support. Customer support was just as quick. I was issued an RMA number and am getting a replacement unit.

Overall, a great experience. Very fast and efficient. I was worried that I would be stuck with a defective unit, but Handspring pulled throuhg Hats off to Handspring for such excellent customer support.
