    I got an email from Handspring saying they did not get my Visor return. I have returned three Prisms -- the most recent was in March 2001 (7 months ago!). They want to charge me for it unless I can offer "Proof of Delivery".

    Anyone else get an email like this? I'm just wondering if they're generating a whole lot of these in error.

    HS uses fedex - If you still ahve your tracking number (which I hope you do) enter it into the website. Click (on the upper right hand corner I think) request "proof of delivery". Fill out the info they want, print it up and fax it to hs...
