I've got an application called Brazilian TV Live HD APK. But the app is working only on android cell phones and tablets. How can I install the application on my LG Smart TV?

Is there any other way to watch brazilian channels on LG Smart TV? Because I installed an iptv application but I can't watch some of the channels which says "Unable to connect Globo News..." I think that an android application would fix it.
