Just (7 hours ago) received this tv (49ub850v) Tried every setting I could. Wired connection, wireless, tethered through phone. TV clearly states it's connected to the internet, which i can verify by using the build in web-app, but i'm unable to connect to the store. (i've had this problem on the old software that was on it, but i downloaded the latest and greatest update (04-30-18) but the problem remains. The download told me its internet connection is more than fine.
Then I noticed something; the LG service location is set to France. (automatically), which should be set to the Netherlands. So i thought that manually changing this would solve the issue. But no. Still unable to connect and I get network-errors all around. (error no 4) I've tried 3 different ISP's and the internet connection is available. Also tried the google DNS (8.8.8.8) just in case.
Tried resetting the TV for 3 times. I need the store to be running in order to download the netflix app.
Feel like a beta-test dummy. Horrible first experience with webos.
