So my contract doesn't expire until May, and my Pre+ is really getting frustrating to use on a daily basis. I'd love to get an inexpensive replacement to tide me over until I can upgrade or jump ship (love to see a GSII running webOS by then!)
So, my question is: I know HP was liquidating $50 Veers for a while. Are they likely to go back in stock for that price? Any other good way to get a new Veer off contract under $100? (Pre 2 would be fine too, but I'm not pushing my luck...)

I don't have any helpful places to point you to, but I'm going to be keeping my eyes peeled for AT&T to dump the Veers soon. I hope to pick up 1 or 2 extras and then cancel my phone insurance.

As far as I can tell, the Veers were out of stock on HP's website before the touchpad/Pre2 firesale. At least, I haven't seen anyone admitting to getting a low priced Veer when they got their touchpad, but plenty of people say they were able to get a Pre2 before they ran out of stock.
