Hey everyone, I am a frequent poster over at Android Central that acquired a TouchPad back in the fire-sale days. I used it a little bit but it has recently been sitting for the last year or so. I want to get rid of it (sell it) but need to know how to remove Preware (I put it on to help it run better) and of course the accounts. I am no developer by any means but I possessed enough knowledge I guess to put it on! I am not that familiar with WebOS but I have many patches installed of course and was just wondering how to get rid of them and hopefully make it act like a brand new tablet out of the box!

Any answers and help would be great appreciated! Thanks!

    Get thee to this page:

However, before recovering to factory, use the erase all apps and data function on the TP, then follow the recovery steps for a clean setup.

Thanks for the reply, I erased all the apps and data using the option and when it turns back on I get the select language menu, I then turned it off (holding the power button) and now I can't seem to boot it into the USB mode needed to recover it. I tried both the power+volume up and power+volume down. Is there another way to do it? I've done it before but now it is not doing it.

    Is the pad fully charged?
If not plug it in. Sometimes my pad is flaky and I start it with, power, volume up and the home button
