    Hi, I'm running webOS, and can't buy anything from the store.
    it says I need to update my payment,account details.
    I can't find how to update payment in the account section.
    help please?

    Open up the App Catalog and swipe down from the upper left corner for Preferences. You can update your payment choice in there.
