    Last night when I went to charge my TP it would not respond to the charger or computer via USB cable. I spent over an hour chatting with tech support running diagnostics and trying multiple cables etc.. I was going through it tonight trying to backup in preparation for sending it in to have the USB board replaced and after restarting it NOW it CONNECTS? Is it a fluke? Do any of you think I should still send it in? They are sending a shipping box and return label

    Was the battery completely flat? If so it can take a while before it starts charging and the best option is the mains charger rather than the USB method.

    Given that it connected, then the USB board isn't at fault. Unless it's intermittent! Sorry this isn't really helping... :-(
