Well, I have to say that Android manufacturers are less ksenofobic than others becouse they are open for other markets than US and west Europe. Here in Serbia I have seen many Android tablets carrier offerings and many people I know actually have Android tablets. Samsung and Asus have great presence in eastern and central Europe. HP is also present here but they have copied Palm's business strategy regarding webOS.
